Craig is now offering UV curable scratch offs in response to customer demand.  Although the coatings are currently considered experimental, we encourage testing and feedback as part of our ongoing research and development. The products offer:
  • Elimination of VOC
  • Easier clean up
  • Space savings (no heaters)
  • Faster Line Speeds
  • Better Mileage
 There are several conditions that must be addressed 
in order to use these materials:
  • Must be applied over a suitable barrier coating 
    (Either UV or WB)
  • Message must be screened down significantly
  • A dry film thickness of at least 0.5 mils is required
  • Application via flexo or rotary screen
  • H bulb recommended Generally > 200mj/cm² 
    required for complete cure
